Pros and cons of The Economist weekly AP iPad app for iPhone and iPad

The Economist weekly AP iPad app good for

This app is almost perfect, but it would be appreciated if the built-in dictionary would work with it.
The economist is very interesting magazine. But The economist take only a few type credit card. I wish publisher use PayPal,or iTune card which are in more accessible way. Then more worldwide people can read this high quality magazine.
If you really want to know whats going on in the world and why you cant do better than this. Honest, informative and written in exemplary clear plain English of the highest standard. The app gives you access to the best in journalism. I speak as a subscriber of 20 years standing.
The Economist on iPad app is one of my favorites. Super easy to navigate around, adjust text size, etc.

Some bad moments

I cannot download latest edition (May 5 edition) on iPad apps. For iPhone app, I could successfully download latest one. Please fix bugs for iPad apps. Thanks.
The application has bugs. Have to subscribe and restore every time. Now the button to subscribe does not show up, and I cannot read anything. Feels like I am getting robbed.
Mouse over dictionary is NOT working, that is available in i phone version.
On iOS 8, after installation, a huge, red "E" letter appears among iPhone icons, which cannot be deleted even if you uninstall the application. It is similar to Apple iWatch icon which cannot be deleted. The only difference is that once you touch the red "E", it does nothing. Extremely irritating. Do NOT download.
